And basically thats not what were talking about here but its about seeing the connections in that if its going to work that we send these newsletters or flyers out in the mailbox then we have to find what a process that is. And I dont believe it works if you dont physically follow up. But things can very rarely stand alone.
It is an analysis. You have to do an analysis and see what it is that we want how we get there and what behavior and what things are needed because we will get there.
